Valentine 2009 Action St. Joe Courthouse

Community folks gather to express our concerns about the Economic future in America. We walked over to Congressman Joe Donnelly's office to thank him for his past co-sponsorship of the Employee Free Choice act known as the Majority Signup. This means that a work group would be certified as being represented by an union if more than half of that unit signed union authorization cards. If 30% of the total work unit requests a closed election than the National Relations Board would hold a secret ballot election.

My first lobbying as a grey warrior

Day 1

I found out today Susan really has more education about dealing with the elderly and mentally handicapped people than most people do. I am only hoping that tomorrow goes better.
